new! Spanish that Works for You Spanish that Works™ is an innovative and successful curriculum in basic communication in Spanish. A generic version of the course text is now available on Amazon for students or instructors looking for an easy, hands-on textbook for conversational Spanish.
The curriculum can be customized with materials for librarians, school teachers, city court employees, community members or with specialty word lists you generate as the class is in progress. Spanish that Works™ can be completed in eight weeks (sixteen hours), and may be adapted to more intensive workshops.
An audio Cd of the basic vocabulary and videotapes of a Spanish that Works™ course done for community television are available to supplement the textbook. Specialized versions of Spanish that Works™ are sold as a course kit, reproducible on a license basis, for an organization such as a library, school, business, or church for the purposes of running an in-house Spanish training. The reproducible course kit includes a teacher orientation, so you can have someone from your own organization or community run a Spanish class that is made for you. We also offer materials for shorter one-time library and customer service workshops.
